I'm a full stack engineer — a software engineer who likes building things properly, from the design system up.

My work centres on the React ecosystem, TypeScript and Node.js. I've architected product frontends from scratch, established component libraries and design systems, tuned rendering for performance and accessibility, and integrated complex APIs into clean client-side state.

On the backend I build services with NestJS and Fastify. I lean on NestJS for its opinionated, pattern-driven architecture — dependency injection, modules and decorators that mirror the conventions of frameworks like Spring Boot — so services stay structured, testable and easy for a team to reason about.

Alongside product work I mentor junior developers, run rigorous code reviews, and contribute to open-source tooling — including fluid-typography, the Tailwind plugin powering this page.
